Inasmuch as the meeting had already been disbanded by the President, all the actions taken by you and your acolytes were illegal and have no binding effect. The agenda for the next meeting has already been set: to recruit filmmakers to create art ...
I was there and so was the guy sweeping the floor. No one else. I elected myself Chairman and then President for life. I then disbanded myself.
